This site is the first step to take to learn about the Courts and have access to appellate court decisions. From here you can also access the Minnesota State Law Library (shh, no talking please!): http://www.mncourts.gov/
Minnesota State Legislature.
This site has access to Minnesota Rules & Statutes and has information on pending legislation. You can also find links to the e-mail for your State Senator and Representative (get involved!): http://www.leg.state.mn.us/
Office of Minnesota Governor.

Office of Minnesota Secretary of State.
The Secretary of State's office has lots of fascinating information about elections and voting in Minnesota.
